Opening Day
Just a quick post…… today was a major holiday for John.
Opening day of Major League Baseball. The sound of Bob Uecker’s voice meant summer to him when he was a child, and then it came to mean that summer was coming to me and our children as well.
We got him all decked out for the special day!
He always wanted to go to an opening day… I’m pretty sure he’s in San Diego right now!
